Details
The LORA-1 is a composite temperature and vibration transmitter with high performance, low power consumption and strong anti-interference capability. It adopts high-performance MEMS chips, and integrates embedded technology, temperature sensing, vibration sensing and LoRa spread spectrum communication technology.
Widely applicable in coal mining, chemical industry, metallurgy, power generation and other fields, it realizes online temperature and vibration measurement for rotating equipment such as motors, reducers, fans, generators, air compressors, centrifuges and water pumps.
Through LoRa wireless communication, the LoRa temperature & vibration transmitter uploads collected data including motor surface temperature, vibration velocity RMS, device power and signal strength to the LoRa gateway. The gateway further transmits all data to the background server via 4G/ETH communication modules. The whole solution requires no wiring and features ultra-low power consumption.
Users can check monitoring data anytime via mobile phones or computers to fully grasp equipment operating status and build a comprehensive management system for rotating machinery. In addition, our company can provide LoRa gateways with RS485 output, facilitating seamless connection with customers' self-developed local monitoring systems.
